WHO WE ARE
Bright Zebra Creative is an independent print-on-demand apparel and digital goods brand based in Tennessee. We design original graphic tees and digital download products sold through our website at brightzebracreative.com.
USING OUR SITE
By using this site you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of it.
PRODUCTS
All apparel and wall art products are made to order after your purchase is placed. Product images are representative — slight color variations may occur between screen display and printed product due to monitor calibration, fabric dye lots, and paper stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or design at any time.
PRICING
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
ORDERS
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected product at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund. Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT
Apparel is produced by a US-based print fulfillment partner using direct-to-garment printing. Wall art is produced by a separate print fulfillment partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Orders containing both apparel and wall art may ship separately in multiple packages. For information about shipping timeframes, carriers, and delivery estimates, please refer to our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All apparel and wall art sales are final. Because every product is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sales@brightzebracreative.com with photos of the issue and we will make it right.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs sold by Bright Zebra Creative are original works created by Bright Zebra Creative and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a product grants you the right to wear and enjoy it — it does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or use our designs for any commercial purpose without written permission.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital download products are delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods all digital product sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Bright Zebra Creative's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
