How do your shirts fit — what size should I order?
Our tees are printed on Bella+Canvas 3001, which runs true to size with a classic, relaxed fit. Check our size chart to find your perfect fit — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more fitted look or sizing up for something looser.
What are your shirts made of — how is the print applied?
Our tees are printed on Bella+Canvas 3001 — Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton for a soft, durable feel. Each design is applied using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which lays down crisp detail and vibrant color without the heavy hand-feel of screen printing. Every shirt is made to order and shipped from the USA.
What's the difference between "Printed & Shipped" and "Instant Download" wall art?
Printed & Shipped arrives ready to frame — printed on premium 200gsm matte paper (FSC-certified) in your choice of size: 11×14, 16×20, 18×24, 24×36, or 30×40. We print and ship it directly to you.
Instant Download gives you the design as a print-ready PDF in 15 sizes (from 4×6 up to 30×40), plus PNG wallpapers sized for desktop and phone — delivered instantly so you can print at home, send to a local print shop, or use it digitally. One purchase includes every size.
How do Instant Downloads work — what do I actually receive?
Once your purchase is complete, you'll get instant access to your files — no waiting, no shipping. You'll receive a download link via email, and it's also available on your order confirmation page and order status page.
Your download is a ZIP file containing a print-ready PDF in 15 sizes (from 4×6 up to 30×40), plus PNG wallpapers formatted for desktop and phone. Print at home, send to a local print shop, or use the wallpapers digitally right away.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, including production and shipping time. Since everything is made to order, exact timing can vary slightly depending on the product and your location. If your order includes both tees and wall art, they may ship separately as they're produced by different fulfillment partners.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all wall art. For tees, shipping is free on orders over $55 — otherwise, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — right now we only ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're planning to add, so stay tuned!
Can I exchange my order if I ordered the wrong size?
Since every shirt is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to offer size exchanges or returns for incorrect sizing. We highly recommend checking our size chart before ordering to make sure you get the right fit the first time.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, see our damaged/wrong order policy below — we'll make it right.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged, wrong, or doesn't arrive at all?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at sales@brightzebracreative.com with a photo of the issue and your order number — we'll get a replacement sent out right away, or issue a refund if you'd prefer.
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of purchase, reach out to us at the same email and we'll either reprint and reship your order or issue a refund.
Can I return or refund an Instant Download?
Because Instant Downloads are delivered immediately and are non-physical, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete. If you're having trouble with your download or files, email us at sales@brightzebracreative.com and we'll help sort it out.
