Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellations
Because production begins very quickly after your order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations. Email us immediately at shop@brightzebracreative.com and we'll do our best — but once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective (fading, misalignment, color issues), or incorrect, email us with a photo of the issue and your order number. No need to return the item — we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Sizing & Buyer's Remorse
Since every item is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please check our size chart before ordering.

Instant Downloads
Because Instant Downloads are delivered immediately and are non-physical, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete. If you're having trouble with your download or files, email us and we'll help sort it out.

Refund Timing
Once a refund is approved, it's processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
