SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Delivery Time
All products are made to order — production begins almost immediately after your order is placed. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days total, which includes both production and shipping time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages
Tees and wall art are fulfilled by different print partners — if your order includes both, expect two separate packages with two separate tracking numbers.

Shipping Costs
Free on all wall art. Free on tees for orders over $55 — otherwise standard rates apply at checkout.

Where We Ship
US only, for now.

Address Changes
Production begins quickly, so we're often unable to change a shipping address once an order is placed. Email us immediately at shop@brightzebracreative.com and we'll try — no guarantee once production has started.
